Ingredients

• 50ml Chilton Damson Gin
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml Cointreau
• 1 egg white

Method

Dry shake all ingredients hard in a cocktail shaker (to get the egg white to froth), then shake with ice. Serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf on foam.
